About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategically manage placement and migration of work across Global Shared Services Centre locations
Ensure alignment with service delivery models, operational efficiency, compliance principles, and standards
Lead new work and offshoring, including new work or 1:1 transfers, for accounts within the geographical scope
Bridge sales and operational activities to ensure smooth transition of new or additional business
Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and report compliance with work placement standards and decisions
Lead work migration based on the service catalogue
Maintain consistency, record exceptions, and reduce fragmentation
Make informed work-placement decisions within the GSC, balancing strategic priorities, capabilities, and compliance requirements
Assess work-scope demarcation and appropriate task placement
Evaluate FTE requirements using standard guidelines and principles
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Plan and report on activities
Support timely completion of offshoring programs, automation, digitalization, and centralization programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in leading Large Transition Projects (150 FTE or more)
3-5 years relevant experience in Transition Management, Migrations & Project Management
Strong project management skills and experience managing complex and dynamic Transition projects
Certified Prince2 Practitioner or PMP is required
LEAN Six Sigma preferred
Experience working in a global business environment
Excellent stakeholder management and teamwork skills
Comfortable dealing with senior management and participating in difficult discussions
Customer experience and client centricity focus
Excellent spoken and written English and communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Expertise in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Certified project management knowledge
Diverse senior stakeholder management
Experience handling large-scale work migration projects
Experience in solution design
Understanding of process modeling
Change management knowledge
Knowledge of the logistics and services industry
Experience with transition and transformation projects
Prince2/project management certification and Practitioner
Scrum Master or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
