About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will support approximately 60 employees in Austria throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • You will be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters.
  • You will prepare and review the monthly payroll in close cooperation with our external tax advisor and payroll partner.
  • You will prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, confirmations, and other HR-related documents.
  • You will ensure compliance with Austrian employment law and the IT Collective Agreement.
  • You will be responsible for office management at the Vienna location and coordinate the upcoming office relocation.
  • You will support the continued integration of the Austrian organization into the A2MAC1 Group and work closely with the HR Director Germany, Austria & Turkey, based in Munich.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed university degree or comparable qualification with a focus on human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role in Austria.
  • Sound knowledge of Austrian employment law; knowledge of the IT Collective Agreement is an advantage.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing payroll in cooperation with an external service provider.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach, combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Confident and respectful manner when dealing with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
