Attend the in-person Car Care Hiring Event on Tuesday, November 3, 2026
Meet directly with Columbus-area Car Care leaders
Discuss current and upcoming openings across multiple AAA Car Care Plus locations
Discuss automotive background, career interests, and preferred work location
Perform automotive work ranging from tires and routine maintenance to brakes, steering and suspension, electrical diagnosis, HVAC, engine performance, advanced diagnostics, and complex automotive repair, depending on position
Help customers understand their vehicle needs while partnering with technicians and shop leadership
Develop teams, deliver an exceptional customer experience, manage shop operations, and drive business performance in leadership roles
Participate in an initial onsite interview for positions aligned with experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Automotive professionals across a variety of experience levels, from individuals beginning their automotive careers to experienced diagnostic and repair professionals
Qualifications and certifications vary by position
Automotive technicians may need experience with tires, routine maintenance, brakes, steering and suspension, electrical diagnosis, HVAC, engine performance, advanced diagnostics, and complex automotive repair
Leadership roles require experience developing teams, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing shop operations, and driving business performance
