About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a go-to resource for RealPage, HALO, and Grace Hill
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and user support
- Develop and deliver training materials, guides, curricula, and process documentation
- Assist with system updates, rollouts, improvements, implementations, and post-migration activities
- Support onsite teams with customer service
- Travel to assigned properties and attend trainings and meetings arranged through the corporate office
- Participate in regular in-person and/or Teams meetings
- Collaborate across departments to improve systems and processes
- Provide oversight, user support, training, and team development for property management software and systems
- Work closely with the Director of Systems & Team Development to execute deadlines, goals, and expectations
- Stay current on applicable federal, state, and local property management laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Law
- Assist in identifying and executing strategic direction for the department
- Continue professional development related to training techniques and learning strategies
- Support and administer online learning paths within the Learning Management System
- Perform remote desk audits, site field reports, and file audits
- Manage and maintain property management software settings, user management, and document management
- Assist with software setup and implementation of new properties
- Respond to daily HALO support tickets and suggest future training topics based on ticket data
- Revise and manage company documents and forms
- Provide lease-up support and complete special projects
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property-specific compliance requirements
- Complete assigned reports and projects by required deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of property management or industry related experience required
- Knowledge of project-based Section 8, Section 42 and Section 515 required
- Knowledge of fair housing laws is a plus
- Knowledgeable and proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software
- Experience with RealPage/OneSite software required
- Must be able to physically inspect the properties
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for later hours or Saturdays, as needed
- Ability to prioritize and possess efficient time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle complaints positively and efficiently
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented team player
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- High degree of professionalism and respect
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted as needed
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed
