About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a go-to resource for RealPage, HALO, and Grace Hill
- Provide training, troubleshooting, user support, and team development on property management software and systems
- Develop and deliver virtual and in-person training curricula, materials, guides, and process documentation
- Assist with system updates, rollouts, implementations, post-migration activities, and process improvements
- Support onsite teams and collaborate across departments to improve systems and processes
- Work closely with the Director of Systems & Team Development to execute deadlines, goals, and expectations
- Stay current on federal, state, and local property management laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Law
- Assist with strategic direction, professional development, learning paths, and Learning Management System administration
- Perform remote desk audits, site field reports, file audits, and quality-control activities
- Manage and maintain Property Management Software settings, user management, and document management
- Assist with software setup and implementation for new properties
- Ensure timely responses to daily HALO support tickets and suggest training topics based on ticket data
- Revise and manage company documents and forms
- Provide lease-up support and complete special projects
- Complete assigned reports and projects by required deadlines
- Travel to assigned properties and corporate-office trainings and meetings throughout Wisconsin
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of property management or industry related experience required
- Knowledge of project-based Section 8, Section 42 and Section 515 required
- Knowledge of fair housing laws a plus
- Knowledgeable and proficient with computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with RealPage/OneSite software required
- Must be able to physically inspect the properties
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for later hours or Saturdays, as needed
- Ability to prioritize and possess efficient time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle complaints in a positive and time efficient manner
- High level of resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented team player
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- High degree of professionalism and respect through appearance and interactions with others
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and as needed
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed
