About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications
- Answer inquiries and provide guidance on state-specific driver license, vehicle titling, and registration regulations
- Serve as lead and mentor to title clerks
- Oversee accurate completion of the title process
- Assemble and prepare applications for submission to state and/or Tag & Title Administration
- Meet application submission schedules
- Manage, document, and research rejected applications and submission errors
- Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Upsell and cross-sell AAA products, including memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals
- Answer incoming overflow Roadside Assistance calls during peak volumes
- Assist with Cashiering and IDEMIA services as backup, if applicable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required sales and customer service experience, ideally in a lead role
- Previous working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system and/or prior experience in tag and title work preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs
- Notary Public designation or ability to successfully obtain and maintain one with six months of employment
- Ability to successfully complete all required training workshops for Title Service Agents
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment criminal, drug, state, and/or vendor-specific screening results
- Ability to obtain necessary Membership license or other licenses as required
