About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with hiring managers to analyze and develop recruitment plans for current and anticipated vacancies.
  • Develop strategies for filling posted positions, coordinate implementation, and facilitate recruiting meetings.
  • Recommend and facilitate interview models.
  • Develop competency-based behavioral interview questions.
  • Coordinate job-specific assessment testing.
  • Search for qualified candidates using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting sources, media, social media, and referrals.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Review applications and prescreen candidates to evaluate work history, training, education, and job skills.
  • Participate in interviews as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth interview process.
  • Extend employment offers, make salary recommendations, and conduct salary negotiations as needed.
  • Meet KPIs by managing the recruiting process, maintaining candidate engagement, and advising stakeholders.
  • Learn and understand the business of assigned clients.
  • Participate in meetings with Business Lines.
  • Assist with key talent acquisition projects by collaborating with teams, supporting project planning, and ensuring goals are reached.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or other related field.
  • 3-4+ years of experience performing Human Resources related work with 2 or more years in a Talent Acquisition function.
  • HR certification preferred.
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition technologies including Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Effective analytical skills, oral, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing strategies, interview practices, and candidate selection processes.
  • Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize workload in a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence others.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and convey information effectively in individual and group settings.
  • Ability to apply general rules to specific data or problems and provide reasonable assumptions, guidance or suggestions.
  • Ability to influence people and direction through effective interpersonal interactions.
  • Ability to hold crucial or sensitive conversations with associates and managers.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Federal, State and Local labor laws and other Human Resources topics.
  • Ability to learn and work effectively with Human Resources technology, systems, software, and social media.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Internet technology.
