About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and continuously evolve ABB Robotics' enterprise AI roadmap, aligning investments and priorities with business strategy and transformation objectives
Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into a portfolio of scalable AI initiatives with clear business impact
Partner with Business Lines and Functions to move priority AI use cases from pilot to enterprise-wide implementation and measurable outcomes
Define governance, prioritization, and decision-making frameworks while reducing fragmentation and duplication across AI initiatives
Identify opportunities to redesign business processes, operating models, and decision-making through AI
Monitor developments in AI and emerging technologies, translating them into practical opportunities and competitive advantages for ABB Robotics
Support the development of skills, mindsets, and adoption frameworks required to embed AI-enabled ways of working across the enterprise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline
Significant experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise transformation within complex organizations
Proven track record of translating emerging technologies into business strategy, scalable initiatives, and measurable business outcomes
Deep understanding of enterprise AI applications, value creation, and the opportunities and challenges associated with scaling AI across an organization
Experience establishing governance frameworks and driving adoption of digital, data, or AI-enabled initiatives across multiple functions and geographies
Excellent strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen, with the ability to prioritize investments and balance value, risk, and organizational readiness
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior business and technology leaders to drive enterprise-wide change
An advanced technical or business qualification is an advantage
