About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work at the intersection of business, data and technology to turn complex business questions into structured solutions
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, structure requests and translate them into priorities, KPIs and actionable requirements
Analyze organizational and reporting structures, identify improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions with the business
Manage projects from initial concept through implementation
Define project objectives, milestones, governance and measures of success
Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders across the organization
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical experts

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of professional experience in business analytics, project management, consulting, controlling, data-driven business functions or a similar field
Completed studies in a related discipline such as Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or Information Systems; equivalent practical experience is also welcome
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels, including senior management
Analytical thinking and a strategic mindset
Ability to turn complex or ambiguous questions into structured approaches and clear priorities
Resourceful and curious, with willingness to listen, ask questions, learn the business and improve existing ways of working
Experience with Power BI, SAP or other reporting and data tools
Potential experience with platforms such as Snowflake or Salesforce
Comfortable working in an international environment
Confident verbal and written communication in German and English
