About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the unit in achieving set production targets by adhering to systems and processes
  • Configure and run winding machines, including setting parameters, loading materials, and adjusting CNC settings
  • Track machine performance and identify issues
  • Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards
  • Perform routine upkeep and replace worn components
  • Resolve common machine issues and escalate complex problems
  • Follow safety procedures
  • Record production data
  • Support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams
  • Report to the Production Supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience, military service, or relevant vocational/technical training
  • Motor experience preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to work any assigned shift
  • Detail-oriented with a strong quality focus
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to operate machinery for extended periods
  • Ability to wear required PPE
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels
