About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive IT/IS projects and contribute to continuous improvement of MOIM IS project management maturity
  • Lead full lifecycle SAP Ariba SCC implementations, including planning, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-deployment support
  • Coordinate ARIBA training programs and best practice sharing
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, external implementation partners, vendors, and SAP support teams
  • Translate procurement requirements into functional specifications
  • Deliver successful SAP Ariba implementations
  • Improve procurement and supply chain capabilities through training, best practice sharing, and alignment with ABB's business objectives
  • Work closely with the global MOIM IS PMO and P&F leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-8 years of experience as an IS Project Manager within a global matrix organization
  • Experience with SAP ARIBA SCC solution and implementation
  • Experience with Operative Procurement and Quality processes is a plus
  • Proven experience leading complex and distributed projects
  • Knowledge of the MM module in SAP ERPs is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
  • Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness in identifying challenges and proposing tailored solutions
  • Self-organized and self-structured with solid strategic understanding
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to prioritize client needs
  • Fluent English language skills
