About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee Master Data creation, maintenance, archiving, and governance activities
Ensure high data quality, service continuity, and adherence to agreed service levels
Lead end-to-end process design and continuous improvement initiatives
Standardize, simplify, and automate Master Data processes
Support business users and projects through a network of Master Data specialists and super users
Collaborate with Digital, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement scalable solutions
Own the development and ongoing evaluation of performance metrics, reporting, and data analytics across Master Data Operations
Identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and drive data-driven decisions that improve operational efficiency and business performance
Lead the process and KPIs for a high-performing team and deliver results against operational and performance metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Proficiency in SAP/Torque, Salesforce.com and Master Data Governance (MDG)
Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or sales support
Proficiency in data analytics, Power BI (or equivalent) and dashboard development
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or black belt) certification or equivalent experience applying continuous improvement and process optimization methodologies
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
