About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory management, resource allocation, and short-term planning processes
- Design and deploy strategies, best practices, and solutions for the Planning and Fulfillment function
- Optimize business net working capital
- Develop, communicate, and implement planning and fulfillment strategies aligned with business strategy
- Implement and improve S&OP and inventory management best-practice processes across all units
- Lead end-to-end process optimization to reduce lead times and inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing, improve customer on-time delivery, and increase fulfillment and value-chain visibility
- Identify opportunities for Planning and Fulfillment to contribute value to other functions
- Identify processes within other functions that can improve Planning and Fulfillment performance
- Report to the Business Manager - Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, materials management, or fulfillment operations
- Minimum 2 years establishing common operating standards for Planning & Fulfillment across multiple manufacturing units
- Strong understanding of ETO business and the end-to-end delivery value chain
- Experience managing change and transformation initiatives
