About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage ABB’s Critical Power portfolio, focusing on large commercial and industrial segments
  • Support segments and stakeholders in Data Centers, Renewables, Railway, and other applications
  • Implement product marketing strategies with the Energy Distribution Product Marketing team
  • Conduct market, target-audience, trend, and competitiveness research through regular customer visits with sales
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales
  • Define and communicate product value propositions
  • Oversee progress toward order demand targets and define and implement sales and promotion plans
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback to evaluate product performance and adjust marketing strategies
  • Provide sales teams with product knowledge, tools, training, and materials
  • Support product price positioning through price variation analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electricity or Electronics
  • Experience with customer-centric methodologies and marketing foundations in the electrical market
  • 2–5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Skills in electrical/electronic project definition, on-site electrical operation, or product portfolio management
  • Innovative communication, initiative leadership, curiosity, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, and result-oriented collaboration
  • Fluent English communication skills
