About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage service, retrofit and upgrade projects from tender phase through execution and final delivery
- Lead project planning, scheduling, resource planning and execution activities
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage commercial risks, project changes, claims and recovery actions
- Steer project financials, including forecasting, cost control and value optimization
- Identify and pursue aftermarket upselling opportunities
- Drive contract management and change management activities
- Ensure compliance with ABB quality, cybersecurity and HSE requirements
- Collaborate with customers, engineering teams and project management colleagues throughout the project lifecycle
- Support customers across Denmark, including time on the road and occasional international travel
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of project management experience within technical, industrial or automation-related environments
- Proven experience managing project financials, commercial risks and contractual obligations
- Experience leading project teams and driving delivery toward agreed goals and milestones, including remote management
- Experience working with customers and cross-functional stakeholders in complex project environments
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting and project execution methodologies
- Experience delivering projects from tender phase through commissioning and handover
- Knowledge of automation, OT or industrial control systems, preferably within energy, process, power or offshore industries
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project or similar tools
