About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by promoting methodologies, coaching, and process development across teams
  • Ensure projects are consistently supported and managed according to best practices and ABB policies, controls, and requirements
  • Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and change initiatives aligned with ABB policies
  • Manage key operational functions and stakeholder relationships, including inventory, document control, procurement, logistics, and supplier escalations
  • Communicate business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment
  • Oversee and manage operational aspects of order management, procurement, document control, inventory, and logistics management
  • Solve problems and develop and execute objectives for self and the team
  • Report to the Project Operations Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing or supply chain in the Electrical Distribution business or related industry
  • 5+ years of experience working in a management/leadership role
  • Proven track record of mentoring & coaching team members to grow and increase overall effectiveness
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven strategical abilities and relationship building capabilities
  • Availability to travel (~25%), possibly at short notice
