About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and related Management Systems within nuclear projects
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operational teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements and industry regulations
- Perform qualification tasks, internal audits, and process-adherence monitoring
- Identify risks, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities
- Analyze quality data and project performance indicators to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions
- Support customer quality reviews, inspections, and qualification activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and deliver quality-related training sessions
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Drive preventive and corrective action plans and ensure effective follow-up within multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Nuclear Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing methodologies, and continuous improvement principles
- Familiarity with highly regulated environments, ideally within the nuclear, energy, industrial automation, or process industries
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner
- Comfortable communicating in both Italian and English
- Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and a continuous improvement mindset
