About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross-functional Research and Development projects, sub-projects, product maintenance and development assignments
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and lead value creation with key stakeholders
- Own end-to-end planning, coordination, execution and delivery of assignments
- Monitor and control development progress to achieve commitments and targeted milestones
- Identify and manage uncertainties and risks
- Ensure teams understand customer value and achieve customer satisfaction
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Support continuous improvement of R&D processes and tools
- Report to the Project Management Office (PMO) Team Lead, Europe
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a few years of experience in Product Development or Project Management
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or Business
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and promote cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive mindset combined with Lean and Agile way of working
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work with people with different backgrounds
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-cultural environment
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken
- Fluent Finnish or Polish, depending on the location, is required
