About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of R&D engineers working on mechanical design of a wide range of electrical motors and generators
- Lead and coach team members for high-level performance
- Develop team members’ competences for successful execution of future projects and maintenance
- Lead product maintenance or new product development project teams to support business growth
- Plan and follow up on team resource allocation
- Own the mechanical structure and dimensions of dedicated products
- Collaborate cross-functionally in the daily working environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor and above
- Major in Mechanical Engineering
- Basic English
- Proficiency with Office programs
- Ownership, proactive attitude, good communication and teamwork skills, willingness and capability to learn
- Good leadership and collaboration skills
- Good planning and organization skills
- A proactive and systematic way of working
- Ability to support and motivate your team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Work experience in product development is an advantage
- Experience in Lean and Agile methodology and know-how of Lean Six Sigma are appreciated
