About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project delivery in France and internationally, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements for cost, schedule, and quality from order placement through project closeout
- Monitor projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource management, and compliance with QHSE standards
- Analyze, anticipate, and manage project-related risks by proposing appropriate action plans
- Approve technical approaches, track project progress, and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and maintain smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in project reviews, obtain customer acceptance, and capture lessons learned at project completion
- Travel regularly within France and potentially abroad
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree or master’s degree in industrial project management
- At least 10 years of experience in a technical industrial environment, ideally in industrial automation
- Proven experience in cross-functional management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Project; SAP is a plus
- Fluency in English required
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring teams together
- Availability for regular travel within France and potentially abroad
