About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and execute projects and programs within the ABB Finance and Accounting Organization
Work closely with FAO senior and mid-level management, FAO Service and Performance Practice teams, and cross-functional partners
Deliver assigned projects and programs within the FAO pipeline, completing tasks and milestones within agreed timelines and budgets
Define and apply project methodologies; allocate resources and tasks; manage stakeholders; monitor progress and provide updates to the Global PMO Lead and senior leadership
Develop, implement, and improve project documentation, including RAID logs, project toolkits, SteerCo materials, reporting decks, and lessons learned
Manage project risks and propose mitigation actions
Establish project governance, identify stakeholders, and define meeting cadences
Design and implement project change management and communicate information to stakeholders
Coach and advise other Project Managers and Associate Project Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comprehensive knowledge of Finance Operations and SAP
5 years of project management experience within large corporate organizations
Experience in finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R) as an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and PMO tools
Solid presentation skills
Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) required
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience
Fluency in spoken and written English
Excellent communication skills
