About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans driving revenue growth, market expansion, and therapy adoption
  • Provide customer, market, and competitive insights to shape marketing strategies and product launches
  • Lead targeted campaigns and ensure consistent therapy messaging and product positioning
  • Partner cross-functionally on commercial growth initiatives and launch execution
  • Lead patient and provider education initiatives for Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) therapies
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, strategic accounts, and healthcare stakeholders
  • Support speaker programs, customer events, case reviews, and regional marketing activities
  • Participate in regional and national sales and marketing meetings
  • Equip sales teams with tools, resources, and training
  • Support commercial platforms, National Sales Meeting initiatives, conferences, and customer engagement programs
  • Plan, execute, measure, and optimize regional marketing programs and patient activation initiatives
  • Manage physician, patient, referral, and advocacy programs
  • Analyze sales, customer, and market data using Salesforce and Power BI
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and improve targeting, reporting, and commercial processes
  • Gather customer and market insights through field engagement, research, and industry events
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Education, HE&R, Regulatory, Clinical, Product Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Ensure activities comply with Abbott policies and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Maintain expertise in chronic pain therapies, reimbursement, and neuromodulation trends
  • Travel domestically up to 50%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Neuroscience, or a related field
  • Four or more years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or a related industry
  • Experience in sales, marketing, clinical support, training, market development, or other customer-facing commercial roles, preferably in chronic pain neuromodulation
  • Knowledge of SCS and other chronic pain therapies
  • Experience supporting medical devices or healthcare technologies
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, AcuityMD, or similar business tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%
