About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for EP products
- Provide clinical and technical support in hospital settings using EP technology to treat cardiac arrhythmias
- Partner with physicians and hospital staff to support diagnosis and treatment of abnormal heart rhythms
- Gain foundational EP knowledge through structured hands-on training
- Provide regional EP procedural case coverage in electrophysiology labs and/or operating rooms
- Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business
- Build and sustain clinical relationships with customers and share product expertise
- Maintain thorough knowledge of EP products, technical details, software utilization, and capabilities
- Support safe and effective use of cardiac mapping, diagnostic, and therapy systems
- Support EP Sales Representatives through collaboration, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and product trainings or demonstrations
- Develop engineering, sales, and technical skills aligned with territory strategy
- Stay current on industry developments, regulatory requirements, company and competitor products, market trends, and strategic goals
- Provide management with market trend and customer insight feedback
- Monitor performance and report status to managers and teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination
- Ability to provide regional EP procedural case coverage in an Electrophysiology lab and/or operating room setting
- Ability to travel occasionally for in-person instruction and live procedure coverage
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Willingness to work with medical surveillance requirements
