About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive profitable growth across the Endovascular portfolio
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned geography
  • Lead, manage, coach, hire, and develop Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Thrombectomy Territory Managers
  • Achieve sales and profitability objectives and increase regional market share
  • Negotiate contracts with hospital customers
  • Manage customer relationships, targeting, onboarding, contracting, clinical support, pricing, KOL management, and conflict resolution
  • Plan, forecast, manage expenses, report results, and maintain sales-system adherence
  • Measure sales strategy and marketing-program effectiveness
  • Identify sales pipelines and revenue opportunities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and establish individual development plans
  • Ensure direct reports maintain required product knowledge and sales and presentation skills
  • Ensure adherence to company values, ethics, legal obligations, and applicable policies
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5-7+ years of related work experience
  • Ability to travel 50% within assigned region
  • Preferred: prior sales management experience in the medical device industry
