About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install diagnostic systems and complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
  • Diagnose technical problems across complex instruments, document resolutions, and close service calls within defined timelines

  • Meet service sales, cost-of-service, and KPI targets for assigned accounts
  • Use remote support tools to maximize instrument uptime
  • Maintain certifications through ongoing training and development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology
  • Ability to travel 25% within the assigned territory
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with laboratory instrumentation
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service diagnostic instruments
  • Ability to follow regulatory, quality system, and laboratory safety guidelines
  • Ability to maintain certifications through ongoing training and development
