About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support healthcare professionals in the application of innovative therapeutic solutions
  • Support product launches and new therapy concepts
  • Conduct user training, product onboarding, and case support
  • Provide on-site support for complex therapy applications
  • Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships within the hospital sector

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree in medical engineering, health sciences, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in a clinical environment or the medical technology industry is an advantage
  • Good understanding of clinical processes and therapy workflows
  • Ability to explain complex medical and technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Strong customer and service orientation, along with excellent communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Willingness to travel extensively and flexibility within the assigned territory
