About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support healthcare professionals in the application of therapy solutions
- Support product launches and new therapy concepts
- Conduct user training, product instruction, and case support
- Provide on-site support for complex therapy applications
- Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships within the hospital sector
- Advise customers on the optimal use of products and therapies
- Work closely with Sales on customer development and evaluation projects
- Contribute to potential analyses, product trials, and growth initiatives
- Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and user events
- Attend congresses and monitor market and competitor developments
- Document activities in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance requirements are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree in medical technology, health sciences, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in a clinical environment or the medical technology industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of clinical processes and therapy pathways
- Ability to communicate complex medical and technical topics clearly and effectively
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong customer and service orientation, along with excellent communication skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- High willingness to travel and flexibility within the assigned territory
- Willingness to travel throughout the greater North Rhine-Westphalia area and neighboring regions of Lower Saxony
