About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop robust, data-intensive analytical tools, Power BI reports, and dashboards
  • Seek out and integrate new technologies to improve internal processes
  • Support data-driven decision-making through data development
  • Document new and existing workflows for data governance
  • Generate technical documentation for IT compliance, security education, and awareness
  • Conduct cross-training sessions to establish job redundancy and security-driven operations
  • Provide project support and project management
  • Provide guidance and training to Office of Ethics and Compliance personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Major/field of study in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or IT
  • 4+ years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data visualization, data governance, and reports/dashboards
  • Strong leadership skills, including goal-setting and providing positive and constructive feedback
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple organizational levels
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Preferred: Power Platform suite, including Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Preferred: Enterprise architecture management
  • Preferred: Knowledge of large data storage
