About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products
- Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff
- Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business
- Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers
- Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support and regional case coverage
- Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals
- Provide sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training
- Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists
- Continuously develop engineering, sales, and technical skills related to Arrhythmia Management strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience
- 3+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program
- Must have certifications in CRM products
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems
- Engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines effectively
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and efficiently
- Extensive personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office or equivalent software
- Ability to develop presentation materials using graphics, word processing, databases, and authoring programs
