About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across all Toxicology locations
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and execute the division's EHS strategy
- Provide leadership and direction to site EHS teams
- Partner with operations, engineering, quality, HR, and business leaders
- Drive EHS performance through audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, data analysis, and continuous improvement
- Oversee Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, compliance programs, and regulatory readiness
- Manage EHS budgets, capital projects, and investments
- Serve as primary contact for Corporate EHS, regulatory agencies, legal, and insurance partners
- Champion a culture of safety, sustainability, and accountability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive EHS experience
- At least 3 years in a multi-site or regional leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in EHS regulations, compliance, and risk management
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
- Experience managing Occupational Health and Ergonomics programs preferred
- Travel up to 25%
