About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of product management experience in shipping production AI and ML products
  • Strong hands-on experience owning and shipping AI-powered products in an enterprise setting
  • Direct accountability for an AI product’s roadmap and outcomes
  • Proficiency with agentic AI or LLM-based product patterns
  • Strong technical fluency to scope feasibility with engineering leads
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience in highly regulated technology or technology-enabled companies is preferred
  • Ability to work onsite at an Abbott location in Illinois
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
