About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the implementation of the company strategy for electrophysiology services
- Manage and develop the assigned Field Clinical/Technical Engineers
- Support sales team members responsible for the region with market analysis and revenue planning
- Document and monitor procedure volumes
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and exhibitions
- Ensure the smooth coordination of field assignments within the region
- Serve as the central point of contact for Field Technical Engineers within the region
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Field Technical Engineers
- Manage vacation and other absences
- Coordinate and monitor employee training
- Serve as the central point of contact for the Training Department
- Support career planning and identify high-potential employees
- Provide support during clinical procedures at customer sites when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in a natural science or technical discipline, or comparable clinical training
- Professional qualification as a medical device consultant under the German Medical Devices Act (MPG) is an advantage
- Solid experience in electrophysiology procedures
- Initial experience managing and coaching employees is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and self-management skills
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
- High degree of self-motivation
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Excellent English skills
