About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as account manager for an assigned geographic location
  • Manage accounts involving hospitals, group practices, specialty pharmacies, and immunological diseases
  • Lead portfolio key account management collaboration through communication, follow-up, and feedback
  • Develop compliant business and account plans with field partner input
  • Execute account-based resources efficiently
  • Master and execute immunology portfolio products to drive sales and market share
  • Provide clinical and economic data on disease management, treatment value, patient outcomes, and organizational goals
  • Share tools such as clinical pathways, order sets, and flow sheets to support patients and standardize care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 5 years of Immunology franchise, sales, or account management experience
  • Demonstrated business results delivering sales numbers for targeted accounts
  • Performance against Field Force Effectiveness measures
  • Positive stakeholder feedback and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Business planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Record of balancing prescriptive selling with quality of care and enhanced patient experience
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time
