About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as account manager for an assigned geographic location
- Lead and drive portfolio key account manager collaboration through communication, follow-up, and feedback
- Develop targeted, comprehensive, and compliant business and account plans
- Execute account-based resources efficiently
- Deliver mastery and execution of immunology portfolio products to drive sales and market share
- Provide clinical and economic data on disease management and treatment outcomes
- Share tools such as clinical pathways, order sets, and flow sheets to help standardize care
- Communicate strategic and tactical insights on target accounts to Immunology District Managers and internal business partners
- Identify local opportunities and threats and modify business plans accordingly
- Partner with Immunology stakeholders in a complex matrix environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 5 years of Immunology franchise, sales, or account management experience
- Proven ability to deliver sales numbers for targeted accounts
- Performance against Field Force Effectiveness measures
- Demonstrated positive stakeholder feedback and cross-functional collaboration
- Business planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Proven record of balancing prescriptive selling with quality of care and enhanced patient experience
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
