About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the strategic leader of the Phoenix North territory
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in customer interactions
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities
- Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products
- Report to the Senior District Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
- Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers
- Competitive selling skills
- Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Persistence and grit with a track record of succeeding in challenging environments
- Personal auto or company car/truck
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements
- Regular business travel by air or car
- Healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, potentially including background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination
- Oncology experience, preferably in hematologic malignancies (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Account Management experience (preferred)
- Specialty Pharmacy experience (preferred)
- Healthcare industry experience, especially working with patients or consulting healthcare companies (preferred)
- People management or other leadership experience (preferred)
- MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
