About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee development and execution of skill development plans for 2 Psychiatry Account Executive Sr. Managers leading 16 Psychiatry Account Executives
- Deliver coaching and direction to Sr. Managers through field travel and engagement with PAEs during business and key account planning discussions
- Evaluate execution of strategic and tactical franchise priorities and generate performance plans
- Lead cross-functional partnership, communication, and collaboration across sales, marketing, and market access
- Monitor and enhance in-field partnership with the FAE Team
- Lead engagement to advance organizational inclusion and culture goals
- Partner with the Federal Account team to identify and manage key target account opportunities within the VA
- Develop product strategies to penetrate target accounts
- Advise sales and marketing management on challenges and opportunities within key target accounts
- Analyze and support channel-specific training needs
- Develop annual business plans to increase sales volume and market share in institutional and VA settings
- Identify opportunities and threats across the channel and modify business plans accordingly
- Analyze financial and quantitative data and assess account and channel profitability and sales impact
- Collaborate with Market Access, Federal, and Government Teams to identify health system opportunities and solutions
- Lead data analysis to inform business understanding, strategic planning, and execution to achieve sales objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced analytical, coaching, direct people leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business
- Ability to examine complex business environments and develop/execute plans in response to market and account opportunities
- In-depth experience working within large accounts and across matrix teams strongly preferred
