About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting across multiple business functions
Partner with Finance and functional stakeholders to enhance financial processes
Develop and maintain SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions
Deliver timely, reliable insights for business planning and decision-making
Support continuous improvement of planning, forecasting, and long-range-plan processes
Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, reconciliation, system testing, user acceptance testing, and production cutover
Improve the environment and contribute to training documentation and end-user support
Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and procedures in compliance with internal control policies
Support automation of current and future application flows
Send downstream system monthly corporate adjustment files for reconciliation to final monthly and quarterly consolidation
Support SAP BPC/SAC planning, including sourcing actuals, reconciliation, and data analytics
Test technical patches, upgrades, and system/application migrations
Support financial planning activities involving employee FTEs and contractors, internal orders, and WBS reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, or Accounting preferred
7+ years of experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting across multiple business functions
Strong analytical and technical skills
Understanding/acumen of Finance with strong knowledge in planning, forecasting, and accounting close process
SAP BPC experience required
Knowledge of SAP Settlement processes required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels
Ability to understand the needs of various business teams to plan for growth and change
Excellent problem-solving skills, including innovative and creative solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
