About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent the SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands within a designated geographic area
- Promote aesthetics products to targeted customers through direct selling and pull-through programs/events
- Provide technical product and procedure expertise and competitive product differentiation
- Execute the U.S. sales and marketing plan through creative, consultative selling
- Drive adoption of the SKM portfolio, including skin-resurfacing equipment, topical skincare consumables, and SkinMedica products
- Collaborate with Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, CoolSculpting, APCs, Marketing, and other sales teams
- Achieve sales quotas for skincare, consumables, and equipment
- Execute device placement and pull-through product promotions
- Create call plans and manage new and existing customer relationships
- Demonstrate Dermalinfusion treatments and educate customers on proper techniques
- Assess customer needs, handle objections, deliver presentations, close sales, and provide follow-up
- Support customer business development, account ordering, office merchandising, and events
- Develop and implement territory business plans using territory metrics
- Manage field assets, expenses, equipment, resources, and budgets
- Educate customers through individual and group presentations and trainings
- Provide product samples as necessary
- Convey differentiating product messaging and maintain technical fluency across company and competitive portfolios
- Execute marketing tactics, provide feedback to the marketing team, and communicate strategy to regional managers and team members
- Comply with reporting, compliance, travel, and expense policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience required
- Business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales experience preferred
- Aesthetics sales background or related experience with a skincare company highly desirable
- Valid driver's license
