About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote Aquipta and Botox to neurologists and other healthcare professionals involved in migraine care
- Clearly, ethically, and relevantly communicate scientific evidence, clinical benefits, and brand positioning
- Conduct consultative interactions using the Challenger model
- Identify opportunities to increase disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and access to treatment
- Develop and execute territory planning
- Plan visits based on defined segmentation, potential, frequency, sequencing, and objectives
- Analyze audits, market reports, demand, and KPIs
- Map priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the patient journey for people with migraine
- Work with priority points of sale, ensuring product availability and execution of commercial and promotional strategies
- Build long-term customer relationships and co-create solutions in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with Market Access in the private and public sectors, where applicable
- Record visits and interactions in Veeva
- Monitor execution and performance KPIs and discuss action plans with the District Manager
- Participate in congresses, scientific events, and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other functions
- Report adverse event information to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, a healthcare-related field, or a related discipline
- Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to learn and communicate scientific content clearly and confidently
- Familiarity with territory planning, performance indicator analysis, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel and commute as required by the territory’s geographic coverage
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to travel
- Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets
- Preferred: experience with product launches, market building, or changes in therapeutic paradigms
- Preferred: experience managing accounts, centers of excellence, and the private market
- English proficiency
