About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote Aquipta and Botox to neurologists and other healthcare professionals involved in migraine care
- Communicate scientific evidence, clinical benefits, and brand positioning clearly, ethically, and relevantly
- Conduct consultative interactions using the Challenger model
- Identify opportunities to increase disease awareness, diagnosis, prevention, and access to appropriate treatment
- Develop and execute territory planning
- Plan visits based on segmentation, potential, frequency, sequence, and defined objectives
- Analyze audits, market reports, demand, and KPIs to identify opportunities and maximize territory performance
- Map priority accounts, centers of excellence, care pathways, and the migraine patient journey
- Identify stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, barriers, and opportunities within each account
- Operate at priority points of sale, ensuring product availability and execution of commercial and promotional strategies
- Build long-term relationships with customers and co-create solutions within company policies
- Work together with Market Access on opportunities in the private and public markets
- Translate Marketing strategies into priorities, objectives, and action plans
- Record visits and interactions in Veeva within the required deadlines
- Track execution and outcome KPIs with the District Manager
- Participate in congresses, scientific events, and promotional initiatives
- Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other departments
- Conduct activities in compliance with the Code of Conduct, commercial policies, promotional standards, and applicable legislation
- Report adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, a healthcare-related field, or a related discipline
- Experience in medical promotion, demand generation, consultative sales, or commercial management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to learn and communicate scientific content clearly and confidently
- Familiarity with territory planning, performance indicator analysis, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel and commute according to the territory’s coverage area
- Valid driver’s license
- Based in São Paulo, SP, with travel to the Baixada Santista and Paraíba Valley regions
- Preferred: experience in neurology, migraine, pain, botulinum toxin, or specialty markets
- Preferred: experience with product launches, market development, or changes in therapeutic concepts
- Preferred: experience managing accounts, centers of excellence, and private-market business
- English proficiency
