About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer Okta lifecycle management, including SSO, SAML/OIDC/SCIM, MFA, and conditional access
Enforce least-privilege access
Manage RBAC policies and identity resources as code using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
Lead access certifications and remediation with Security for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance
Manage the macOS fleet via JAMF Pro, including zero-touch deployment, patch management, and security compliance
Deploy and maintain SentinelOne agents
Triage alerts, enforce ransomware protection, and handle threat remediation
Administer Google Workspace, including user lifecycle, DLP, Vault, and security policies
Integrate Google Workspace with core identity and endpoint tools
Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support
Drive IT automation through scripting and APIs
Manage hardware and SaaS inventories
Support Abby Care operations across multiple states and offshore teams
Report directly to the Director of IT, Information & Security
Shape the compliance foundation and tooling stack as the company scales

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on administration experience with Okta or a similar IdP
Strong grasp of SSO, MFA, SCIM, and SAML/OIDC
Experience managing enterprise macOS fleets using JAMF or similar MDM
Experience with SentinelOne or similar EDR/XDR
Experience administering Google Workspace
Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and VPN networking fundamentals
Technical troubleshooting skills
Strong technical documentation habits
Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tickets and projects
Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check, satisfactory references, and required documentation
Relevant credentials such as Okta Certified Administrator, JAMF Certified Admin, or CompTIA Security+ are nice to have
