About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic design, iteration, and execution of AI-powered clinical products
- Build products for care plan personalization, clinical assessment automation, and proactive clinical interventions
- Own complex clinical product areas end-to-end, from problem discovery and PRDs through delivery, launch, and iteration
- Be accountable for clinical outcomes and care delivery quality
- Partner with clinicians, caregivers, and compliance teams to translate clinical workflows into scalable product experiences
- Collaborate with providers, payors, regulators, and internal clinical leaders to develop new care delivery models
- Develop systems where AI models evaluate care delivery against established clinical protocols
- Set a high standard for product clarity, judgment, and craft
- Mentor peers and drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, clinical, operations, and EPD teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager
- Strong track record building and shipping AI-powered products
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or intelligent automation systems
- Demonstrated history of owning, shipping, and scaling impactful products end-to-end across web and mobile
- Ability to distill complex, scattered inputs into clear, prioritized roadmaps and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to produce clear, structured, actionable PRDs
- Experience building complex workflow products or data-heavy systems in healthcare, highly regulated environments, or fast-moving startups
- Clinical AI product experience is a plus, not a strict requirement
- Experience with clinical protocols, healthcare workflows, EMR systems, care management, or healthcare operations is a bonus
- Experience navigating HIPAA, payer requirements, or other healthcare compliance frameworks is a bonus
