About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own development and maintenance across web properties using Next.js, Astro, React, and WordPress
Lead legacy-to-modern-framework migrations, including full site refactors while preserving SEO equity, tracking, and integrations
Consolidate separate web properties into a unified site through content migration, redirect strategy, and information architecture
Build and manage AI-driven development systems and agentic workflows for page building, publishing, QA, and routine maintenance
Define and maintain the human review gate for AI-built work before launch
Use AI tools for front-end design and prototyping
Implement designer-handoff designs as production-quality code
Build and run CRO programs, including multivariate and A/B testing for segmented visitor experiences
Maintain tracking and integration health across GTM, server-side GTM, Marketo, and Salesforce
Partner with Marketing, SEO, and Product Marketing on site structure, content, and page performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, Astro, React, and modern JS/TS
Experience migrating a legacy site (WordPress or similar) to a modern framework
Experience consolidating multiple web properties into one, including redirects, IA, and SEO-safe migration
Track record of building AI-driven or agentic systems for web development, publishing, or QA
Experience using AI tools for design and prototyping and turning outputs into shipped front-end code
Experience with CRO and multivariate/A-B testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely, including audience-based targeting
Working familiarity with GTM; server-side GTM is a plus
Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce integrations
Experience in a multi-brand or multi-property web environment is nice to have
SEO/AEO literacy is nice to have
Experience standing up an agentic coding pipeline such as Claude Code in production is nice to have
