About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform repair services and other mechanical work at the Center to achieve customer satisfaction and gross service sales targets
Perform repairs according to customer requests under the Chief Technician’s close supervision, within promised delivery times and estimated costs
Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and evaluations to assess damage and required repairs
Participate in resolving high-technical problems, including NVH-related cases, with Team Leader assistance
Execute after-sales responsibilities, including vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance, according to company policies and procedures
Ensure guest satisfaction through a guest-centric approach and adherence to service standards
Coordinate with the Job Controller to enter correct operation data, record repairs, and update vehicle delivery status using computerized time-control sheets
Analyze productivity through man-hour records
Receive and understand technical information, service bulletins, and daily activities from the Team Leader
Support after-sales targets, including man-hour sales and net sales
Support and assist Center after-sales marketing campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum high school or equivalent
Minimum 1 years experience in Service
Advanced knowledge in automotive and mechanical repairs and maintenance services
Preferably certification from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and its subsidiaries
Minimum Pro-Technician certification
English/Arabic language skills
Ability to perform vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance
Ability to conduct preliminary vehicle inspections/evaluations using mechanical tools and equipment
Ability to participate in resolving high-technical problems, including NVH-related cases, using diagnostic tests and examinations
