About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform repair services and mechanical work in the center to achieve customer satisfaction and service sales targets
- Perform repairs according to customer requests under Chief Technician supervision, within promised delivery time and estimated cost
- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and evaluations using mechanical tools and equipment
- Participate in resolving high-technical problems, including NVH-related cases, through diagnostic testing and examination
- Execute after-sales responsibilities, including vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality after-sales activities according to service standards
- Coordinate with the Job Controller to enter operation data, record repairs, and update vehicle delivery status using Computerized Time Control Sheets
- Receive and understand technical information, service bulletins, and daily activities from the Team Leader
- Support after-sales targets, service achievements, and center after-sales marketing campaigns
- Maintain service productivity, Fix it Right ratio, repeat-repair performance, and 5S standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum high school or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Service
- Advanced knowledge in automotive and mechanical repairs and maintenance services
- Preferably certification from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and its subsidiaries
- Minimum Pro-Technician certification
- English/Arabic language skills
- Knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment
- Ability to conduct vehicle inspections and evaluations
- Ability to perform diagnostic tests and resolve technical problems, including NVH-related cases
