About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise warehouse operations covering receiving, binning, storage, picking, and dispatch
Fulfill parts for production daily and ensure distribution targets are met without delay
Implement Toyota Production System (TPS) in main warehouse operations
Ensure parts are handled at the right time and with the right quality while fully utilizing warehouse resources
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Planning, Inventory, and PD departments on parts submissions and stock documentation
Manage daily 5S, PPO Audit, and IMTITHAL activities
Update and display daily and monthly stock reports
Develop succession plans and training programs, including forklift safety training
Prepare annual leave plans for reporting staff
Manage knowledge transfer and implement succession plans to develop multi-skilled workers
Monitor warehouse sections, set targets, and control operating costs according to company policies
Coordinate daily container receiving and GRN in the JSAP system, warehouse storage management, and dispatch of parts orders
Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate updates to management and associates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma in Business or high school education
Minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years in Warehouse Operations
Knowledge of warehouse operations including Receiving, Binning, Storage, Picking, and Dispatch
Knowledge or experience implementing Toyota Production System (TPS)
Knowledge of ISO9001, 5S, PPO (Postproduction Operation), and IMTITHAL audits
Time management, monitoring and implementation, active learning, stress tolerance, achievement/effort, awareness, problem-solving, problem sensitivity, and inductive reasoning skills
English and Arabic language skills
