About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, plan, and conduct onboarding plans for new hires
- Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment, including posting openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Organize employee policies and procedures for compliance and clarity
- Support employees with HR-related queries about benefits, policies, and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Create and update job descriptions
- Gather and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop implementation plans
- Advertise openings on careers pages, social media, job boards, and online channels
- Craft recruiting emails and screen resumes and application forms
- Provide qualified candidate shortlists to hiring managers
- Update employee database information
- Gather attendance and leave data for HR reporting
- Coordinate with Accounts on payroll processing details
- Collaborate with managers on hiring needs and workforce planning
- Participate in weekly review meetings and report on recruitment efforts
- Work with reporting managers, business heads, and internal teams on recruitment and HR operations
- Apply recruitment strategies while following company policies and procedures
- Communicate with candidates and team members while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Complete training and real-world projects through the Abhyaz remote internship program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Masters degree specializing in HR or any relevant field from a reputed Institute
- Good conceptual knowledge in HR
- Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and process
- Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available in the virtual office during the chosen full-time or part-time slot, or report during the off-time batch window
- Commitment of 25–30 hours per week
- Current students seeking real-time HR experience are encouraged to apply
