About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 9+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong focus on campaigns and art direction
  • Experience operating at a staff or ACD level, leading creative direction for high-impact work
  • Proven ability to take campaigns from zero to one, from concept through execution
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and storytelling, art direction across integrated campaigns, high craft, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills; ability to articulate creative rationale, lead brainstorms, and build alignment across creative teams and cross-functional partners
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Passion for design and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies shaping creative work
  • Must be currently based in the United States
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must comply with Abridge's AI policy during the interview process; AI tools are prohibited during live interviews
