About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead new site and product implementations and large-scale expansion events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Federal counterparts during initial deployment and ongoing product implementation deployments
- Create, coordinate, and execute project plans with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Lead project phases including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live success
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans
- Drive new site activations and ongoing feature and product adoption
- Develop implementation strategy and execute critical work efforts directly or through managed teams
- Collaborate with the broader company and Federal program team on process and tool improvements
- Create repeatable processes to scale the Federal program team and function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Experience with new site implementation and ongoing implementation efforts focused on product implementation and adoption
- Ability to own implementation methodology and execute implementation efforts as a direct contributor and manager of scaled teams
- Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Strong relationship-building skills with varied stakeholders
- Ability to use data to inform decisions, recommendations, issue identification, and partnership success
- Strong problem-solving and tactful conflict-resolution skills, with a bias to action
- 7+ years of experience in project management, focused on software deployment and implementation
- Experience implementing within the Federal ecosystem; collaboration with the VA is a significant plus
- Familiarity with systems requiring strict privacy and security protocols
- Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation protocols
- Approximately 40% travel expected
- Minimum 3 days per week in either the Chicago or San Francisco office
