Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and support easy-to-use web applications, including front-end features, backend services, and data models

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience building, shipping, and operating web applications at scale
  • Experience as a lead engineer on a major component or subsystem of a software platform, or as the lead for the platform itself
  • Experience with NodeJS (TypeScript) and React
  • Experience running applications on Google Cloud (GCP)
  • Fluent in the latest AI-driven development practices, using AI coding agents and tools
  • Ability to act with autonomy and self-direction while working well in a team environment
  • Willingness to contribute wherever needed in a fast-moving startup
  • U.S. work authorization is required by the application form
  • EHR integration experience, such as Epic, VistA, or Cerner, is a nice-to-have
  • Experience working with government entities, such as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, is a nice-to-have
